Bulleys are instructed to act on behalf of a private investment company on Wednesbury Trading Estate Darlaston Road Wednesbury in the West Midlands.

Since our initial instruction, proactive estate management and marketing has resulted in rental values increasing considerably on the estate from approximately £3.50 per sq.ft. to over £5.00 per sq.ft. for the smaller units on the estate.
Liaising with our Agency Department, we have been able to establish comparable rental evidence both from new lettings and rent reviews to help substantiate and support our negotiations in agreeing a number of lease renewals on the estate.
As a result of the actions taken on behalf of our client, this will result in an increase to the investment value of our client’s long term interest.
