<p>Adam joined Bulleys in 2003 after graduating from the University of Central England in Birmingham with a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management. He was elected a professional member of the RICS in October 2006.</p><p>Adam began his career with Bulleys assisting the partner in charge of the Management and Professional department undertaking a range of tasks including rent reviews, lease renewals, property and asset management and property valuations for private clients and larger organizations. Since qualifying Adam successfully moved into Bulleys agency department dealing with acquisitions and disposals of a variety of Industrial and office properties in the Black Country.</p><p>Adam currently assists the partner in charge of Bulleys Oldbury office where he is continuing to maintain Bulleys strong market position in the Black Country.</p>
