<p>Mark, who qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997, has worked for the former Telford Development Corporation during the 1980’s before moving into private practice and to GVA Grimley in Birmingham in 2000.</p><p>Mark has over 20 years experience in commercial property matters and provides professional advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations and particularly rating assessments. Mark joined Bulleys in August 2005 and is now an established member of our professional and management department.</p>
