<p>Paul recently joined Bulleys as a Senior Surveyor following a working life spent within the commercial built environment. Prior to becoming a Chartered Surveyor in 1998 Paul was employed with Tarmac as a Building Engineer and following a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management he has been a general practitioner specialising in property asset management. More recently Paul has been involved in the acquisition and estate management of communication sites for two major telecom operators with duties including rent reviews, lease renewals and asset valuations. Paul will strengthen the Professional and Property Management team responsible for a mixed commercial portfolio on behalf of institutions, property companies and private clients.</p>
