The Oldbury office of Bulleys Chartered Surveyors agreed the letting and Max Shelley commented, “The unit received a number of interested parties due to its prominent location on George Henry Road but it was an ideal site for Speedy who are a national firm and who were looking for an additional Midland’s based depot”.
