The building consists of three bays as follows:

Bay A—Asbestos clad roof construction with brick and blockwork and cladding above. The bay has a concrete floor and fluorescent strip lights. The bay is accessed via a manually operated roller shutter door and has a minimum eaves height of approximately 12 ‘ (3.6m)

Bay B—Insulated and lined profile clad portal frame construction with concrete floor and brick and blockwork to approximately 2 metres with crane (not tested). The bay is lit by a mix of fluorescent strip lights and sodium lights, has an electric roller shutter door and a minimum eaves height of approximately 13’ 8 “ (4.2 m).

Bay C—Asbestos clad roof, the bay has fluorescent strip lights and crane (not tested), warm air blower (not tested) and a minimum eaves height of approximately 19’ 6” (6m).

A canteen/mess room, offices and WC facilities are provided.

Vehicular access is via 2 roller shutter doors measuring approximately 14’ 9” (4.5m) wide x 14’ 1” (4.3m) high and 14’ 1” (4.3m) wide x 10’ 8” (3.3) high.

To the front of the unit is a tarmacadam palisade fenced yard area providing visitor/staff car parking and loading and unloading to the roller shutter doors.
