Business rates are a major occupational cost and yet surprisingly many companies do not check the accuracy of their assessment. Furthermore, changes in the use of business premises and ever changing complex legislation can have a significant financial effect.

We work on a strictly performance related fee basis. If there is no saving, no fee is due. Where a saving is secured the fee is proportionate to the amount of the saving. Our specialist rating surveyor will advise on the merits of submitting an appeal against the current assessment. He will handle all of the necessary procedures on your behalf, including attending the Valuation Court if necessary.
