TELFORD OFFICE PREMISES SOLD
Bulleys Bradbury, acting jointly with Barbers, confirm completion of a sale of a substantial office building in Telford Town Centre.
The property known as Reynolds House, Ironmasters Way, Telford extends to approximately 30,460 sqft (2,830 sqm) and provides head office style office premises with onsite parking occupying a high profile location opposite Telford Town Centre.
Richard Bradbury of Bulleys Bradbury, who acted on the sale commented “The market for office premises in the Town continues to improve with available stock levels being significantly reduced. Whilst leasehold deals are generally available, freehold opportunities are more scarce and this building offered particularly well located premises, with adjoining footbridge link to the central shopping area to the rear”.
Shropshire and Staffordshire based Housing Plus Group whose members include Severnside Housing, South Staffordshire Housing Association, Care Plus, Property Plus and Severn Homes have acquired the premises.
Sarah Boden, Chief Executive from Housing Plus Group said “Since our merger in October 2016, Housing Plus Group has operated two head offices. Joining together in this new, conveniently located site, will mean that our central and support teams can work together to improve the services we provide. The new head office will also reduce our operating costs, enabling us to build much-needed homes and to do more for our customers. We are committed to retaining local offices in Shropshire and Staffordshire, delivering services in the heart of the communities we serve”.
Towler Shaw Roberts acted for the Purchaser.
