Jobs created as Bulleys help open new Aesthetic Clinic

Bulleys have helped an aesthetic treatment specialist to create up to four new jobs with the opening of a new clinic in the Black Country. Located at 643 Bearwood Road in Bearwood, West Midlands, the Perfecte’me clinic is led by Matt Sade, Managing Director and a biomedical engineer with more than 15 years’ experience in the medical and aesthetic sectors – The clinic offers a range of non-surgical treatments. Commenting on the clinic’s opening Mr Sade said: “Our new clinic will be offering a range of aesthetic treatments using the latest top quality and proven equipment, and it will be a showcase for the products we have designed for the beauty sector.

“We’re delighted with our new location in Bearwood because it’s a busy high street with lots of footfall, and the property has large windows where we can display our offerings.” The deal between the clinic and the landlords Able Comm Ltd was arranged by Angela Holland, an Agency Assistant at Bulleys – Matt added: “Angela Holland at Bulleys was brilliant at helping us move into this property. It took a long time because of other factors, but she was persistent and helped it happen for us.” Bulleys successfully secured the 885 sq ft unit for £11,000 per annum on a five-year lease, with a 12-month break option.

Commenting on the deal and her experience, Angela said: “It was great working with Matt, and I’m excited to see this new outlet opening in Bearwood. “Here at Bulleys, we enjoy helping companies to bring new life to the high street, and it’s particularly satisfying when they are also creating new jobs.”
