Acquisition Of The Mount Hotel, Wolverhampton

Bulleys were instrumental in the multi million pound investment acquisition of the Mount Hotel, arguably the most established and prestigious hotel in Wolverhampton. We were instructed by a local private client to acquire hotel premises within the West Midlands. Despite the Mount Hotel not being on the market, we made a cold approach to the Signature Group who owned the hotel at the time and it transpired that the hotel may be available to purchase. Negotiations ensued and a sale figure was agreed in principal subject to contract, proof of funding and accounts information. The buyer and the seller entered into an exclusivity agreement and the sale exchanged and completed within three months. Following the completion of the transaction, our client commented “I am delighted to be the owner of the most prestigious hotel in Wolverhampton.
