Employment Land For Sale At The Gateway To Telford

Telford & Wrekin Council and Bulleys Chartered Surveyors have launched the availability of up to 80 acres (32 ha) of employment development land off Junction 4 M54.

The scheme known as Telford54 is accessed from the A464 and is situated adjacent to the established Stafford Park Industrial Estate, only 15 minutes from the i54 South Staffordshire development that is seeing the development of the Jaguar Land Rover new advanced engine facility.  

Telford54 is considered suitable for Industrial, warehouse, and research & development uses with the site able to accommodate buildings from 10,000 to 1.2m sq.ft (929 to 110,000 sq.m).
