An Expansion In The Agency Department

Bulleys Chartered Surveyors are pleased to announce an expansion of their agency department with the recent recruitment of Andrew Dixon. Andrew joins Bulleys in an Agency capacity dealing with commercial property matters within both the Black Country and Shropshire. He has over seven year’s commercial property experience having previously worked for both BNP Paribas Real Estate in Birmingham and Lex Allan Commercial in the Black Country. He was elected a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2014 after successfully completing a Masters degree (MSc) in Real Estate at Birmingham City University.

Regarding his appointment at Bulleys, Andrew said “To have the opportunity to join one of the best regional specialist commercial property agency was one I could not turn down and I am delighted to be working within the agency team. Edward Jenkinson joined the agency team based in Wolverhampton last year to assist in the increasingly busy department and was soon into his stride assisting the agency team and dealing with his own clients.

Edward, having graduated from Birmingham City University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate is currently working towards becoming a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. Having worked in Birmingham City centre previously for four years in a mixed residential and commercial role, Edward commented “Commercial property has always been a strong interest of mine, in particular the Industrial sector. Bulleys has provided me with the perfect platform to develop my skills whilst allowing exposure to a wide variety of sectors.
