Bulleys were appointed by Ashfield Land as agents to advise on a proactive marketing strategy acting on their behalf in the letting or sale of the newly built industrial units at Ionic Park, Birmingham New Road, Dudley.
The development comprises eight industrial units of varying sizes ranging from 3,583 sq.ft. to 11,227 sq.ft. The units are built to a high specification and have proved to be popular with “trade” operators given the prominent roadside position of Ionic Park.
The industrial units each benefit from a generous yard/loading area as well as car parking. The two larger buildings, Unit 7 of 10,991 sq.ft. and Unit 8 of 13,208 sq.ft. both have their own private yards.
Bulleys were instrumental in marketing the development and have now let or sold industrial units to the likes of Storage King, Magnet Trade, CEF, Dulux Decorator Centre and Screwfix.
The sales at Ionic Park broke new ground on values for the whole of the Black Country, with the prices achieved being in excess of £75.00 per sq.ft. as did the lettings, breaking through the £6.00 per sq ft for the first time.
