Noel has been heavily involved with the enormous changes that have taken place in the Black Country and beyond over the past 20 years. He, together with his team, has been responsible for the growth of the company over that time and is keen to discuss any aspect of industrial and commercial property with prospective clients.
Rod joined Bulleys in 1992 having dealt with Commercial Property since 1985 following education at Shrewsbury School. He has a wealth of experience in advising on new development opportunities, D&B projects and sales & lettings across the Black Country and Shropshire. Rod is a partner based in Wolverhampton where he, together with fellow partners and the professional team, has been responsible for the continual growth of the company in a highly specialised local and regional market.
Steve became a Chartered Surveyor in 1994 and has spent all of his working life in the Black Country advising on purchase, development and disposal of investment properties, design and build projects and acquisition work together with associated professional matters. In 2005 he setup and is the partner in charge of the Oldbury office. Steve has driven and overseen the online marketing and media changes that as a firm we have embraced, implemented and continue to benefit from. Steve is the Partner in charge of the Management Department.
James joined Bulleys in 2006 after graduating from the University of Central England, Birmingham with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate. He was elected a professional member of the RICS in 2008. James is a partner based in the Wolverhampton office and deals predominantly with acquisitions and disposals of both office and industrial property. He deals with a variety of clients from individuals to blue chip landlords, tenants and developers.
Max joined Bulleys in September 2011 having graduated from the University of The West of England with a BSc (Hons) degree in Property Management and Investment and was elected a professional member of the RICS in May 2015. As a surveyor within the Oldbury office agency team, Max predominantly deals with the acquisition and disposal of industrial and office property. Max becomes Partner from 1 April 2024 having been with the firm for almost 13 years.
Richard Brookes was appointed as an Associate in 2018 and is an experienced management surveyor having joined Bulleys Property Management team in June 2013. Richard works with his Management Department colleagues in managing the company’s growing property management portfolio. He has over nine years’ experience in many aspects of commercial and residential property asset management having previously worked for Wolverhampton based practice First City Limited.
Jason joined the management team in 2018. He has worked in the property industry for over 25 years and brings a wealth of management experience. Jason was previously a Director at Lex Allan, Stourbridge and is used to dealing with tenants, suppliers and day to day management issues.
Alessio joined Bulleys in 2022 as Head of Professional Services following 16 years of prior commercial property experience, including the role of Head of Commercial Property at Cooper Green Pooks. Having graduated with a degree from Manchester University and postgraduate diploma at Bimingham City Unitversity, Alessio became an RICS Chartered Surveyor in 2009. With a wide range of commercial property experience including agency, professional services and property management, Alessio is our primary expert on all Landlord and Tenant (Lease Expiries/Rent Reviews) matters as well as being an RICS Registered Valuer.
Kathryn joined Bulleys in Summer 2020 with 15 years prior experience in the Commercial & Residential sectors. She graduated from Harper Adams University College prior to this, became a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS in 2011 and won RICS Young Surveyor of the Year in 2014 (Residential category). Whilst now covering a range of commercial services including agency and Landlord & Tenant, Kathryn predominantly deals with professional valuation work and is an RICS registered valuer.
Angela joined Bulleys Oldbury office in 2005 initially as a secretary however her background in the residential agency market ensured a promotion to the Agency Team based in the Oldbury office.
Angela deals with the disposal of industrial and commercial property and specialises in commercial property solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
Lewis joined Bulleys at the beginning of 2022. He graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Real Estate in 2016. Lewis works between both the Oldbury and Wolverhampton offices dealing with the disposal of both industrial and office property. He deals with a variety of clients ranging from private individuals to institutional landlords.
Will joined Bulleys in June 2021 having graduated from Newcastle University in 2017. Embarking on a career in property, Will has now completed a Masters in Real Estate Management at Birmingham City University and is working towards his APC. Will assists the agency team with the acquisition & disposal of Industrial and Commercial property throughout the Black Country. Will is a keen golfer and plays off scratch, so if you come up against him on the golf course, be warned.
Kristiana joined Bulleys in Summer 2023 with 16 years’ experience in the Commercial sector. She graduated from Birmingham City University with a First Class Honours degree in 2015 and became a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS in 2018. Kristiana spent 10 years at Cushman and Wakefield managing property portfolios for national occupiers for both their occupied and legacy estates. She also has experience working on landlord/investor having started her career at Legat Owen and later at Workman and has worked client side at Assura Properties.
Ian joined Bulleys early 2019 after spending 13 years as a Property Manager and Associate Partner of a Stourbridge commercial and residential agency. In all, Ian has enjoyed 30 years in property sales plus residential and commercial property management. As such, he has gained exceptional experience in all aspect of property management.
Richard joined the management team at Bulleys in 2019 from Woolley Pritchard & Co in West Bromwich, where he was Senior Agency Negotiator as well as dealing with both commercial and residential property management. Richard has more than 30 years experience in a wide variety of property matters.
Will joined Bulleys in October 2023 having previously spent 6 years in the residential property sector. Will started his residential career in Oldbury before moving to Birmingham City Centre and then finally taking over management of a residential lettings office in Stourbridge. Will has now transitioned over to the Commercial and Industrial property sector within our facilities management team and helps with the day-to-day management across the portfolio. In his spare time Will enjoys a round of golf and is a big fan of UFC.
David joined Bulleys in 2023. David has held several roles over the last 15 years dealing with Property Maintenance. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the Facilities Managment Team specifically in relation to compliance, Health & Safety and project management.
Sumit joined Bulleys in 2019 having previously worked in the business banking sector for corporate clients at Lloyds Banking Group. A graduate from Sheffield Hallam University, Sumit has the knowledge to deal with tenants, suppliers and day to day managment issues.
Steven is a Professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with twenty three years' experience in the commercial property sector. Steven joined Bulleys in January 2022 as a Facilities Management Surveyor.
Andrew joined Bulleys in November 2022, following 16 years of working extensively within the residential industry. He started his working career in Wolverhampton in 2006 within a local estate and letting agency, very quickly developing his skills and progressing to overseeing the day-to-day operations, including property repossessions for mortgage and proceeds of crime. For the past 9 years Andrew has been overseeing and managing residential block and estate developments where he initially started as a block manager before being promoted to become responsible for the compliance, maintenance, and team operations of the business where he specialised in Grade II listed development and holds recognised qualifications.
Andrew has a wealth of property knowledge having worked within the West Midlands and Staffordshire areas during his career gaining extensive local and regional knowledge.
Tom joined us in Spring 2021 and is now our Client Business Rates Consultant. He brings with him over a decade of experience in Rates representing clients in discussions with the Valuation Office and Local Authorities. He will be responsible for providing advice to clients across different sectors and geographies.
Lisa has worked in property development for 24 years, specialising in residential/mixed use schemes. Originally a land buyer for a national house builder she then headed the land department for a large group of estate agents before moving into private consultancy. She has advised many major house builders and landowners on acquisition and disposal of development land, working on major schemes throughout the greater Midlands, with significant experience in all aspects of residential development.
