General Office Demand

The demand for offices in the Black Country is improving. Bulleys are pleased to report a good level of active enquiries, a letting and a sale.

Acting on behalf of private clients, Bulleys have completed the letting of approximately 1,300 sq ft (120 sq m) on the ground floor of Building 1A Swallowfield Courtyard, Oldbury to SEM Consultants Limited who are one of the leading companies in Google search engine optimisation. This deal was closely followed by the sale of Building 4 Swallowfield Courtyard, which is 5,404 sq ft (502 sq m).

In addition to the above, Bulleys have recently been instructed as joint agents on Black Country House, Oldbury. The building is owned by Goold Estates Limited and has undergone a significant £1.6m refurbishment.
