Spelsberg Els UK Limited have expanded their occupation in Telford by relocating from Stafford Park to Queensway Business Park at Hadley Park.

Spelsberg is the UK arm of the successful German company Spelsberg GMBH with over 100 years experience in the design and manufacture of IP Rated enclosures.  The Queensway Business Park premises extends to approximately 10,433 sq.ft (969 sq.m) and will be used to distribute a diverse range of electrical enclosures and accessories.

Wendy Gardner at Spelsberg stated “Over the past few years we have introduced several new enclosure ranges and associated products into our portfolio. As demand for our products has grown, the move to larger premises will allow us to continue to deliver the exceptionally low lead times that we are known for.  It also allows us to continue to invest in our CNC machining facilities and assembly line which means our customers can continue to rely on us for short lead times and reliable enclosure solutions.“

The Landlord was represented by Bulleys Chartered Surveyors with Matthew Tilt commenting, “This unit presents very well with the installation of an additional mezzanine floor and offices, plus the benefit of a large secure yard/car park at the front of the building.”

The Lease was completed without Bulleys needing to market the property as Spelsberg were registered on the agents applicant database and their requirement was immediately matched with the building once its availability became known to the surveyors.
