Expansion at Shrewsbury Industrial Estate

Hope Initiatives (Shrewsbury) have expanded their operation at Greenwood Court Industrial Estate in Shrewsbury by taking two units extending in total to approximately 2,000 sq.ft. (186 sq.m.).

The local charity, which operates programs called “Grease Monkeys” and “Geared Learning”, aims to help young people gain confidence, motivation and accreditation for employment through mentoring and coaching in the motor vehicle and engineering industries.  Nick Langton commented “the extra space is fantastic and has allowed us to expand into engineering training as well as expanding our motor vehicle training”.

Greenwood Court offers a variety of industrial units ranging from 1,525 to 2,567 sq.ft. (142 to 238 sq.m.).  The units are clear span and incorporate WC facilities, lighting, and steel sliding access doors.
