Mechanics choose Greenwood Court

L&J Autos have more than doubled their floor space at Greenwood Court Industrial Estate in Shrewsbury whilst DJ Transmissions have also chosen the estate for their established clutch and gearbox repair business.

Units E1&E2 is the new home for L&J Autos who began at Greenwood in April 2013. The business has quickly grown requiring them to expand in to two adjoining units extending to approximately 2,567 sq.ft.

DJ Transmissions was established in 1988 as a dedicated clutch and gearbox specialist with a branch also in Telford. The new Shrewsbury workshop will be used to undertake the repair, servicing, and rebuilding of manual transmissions.

Both lettings were negotiated by Matthew Tilt at Bulleys Chartered Surveyors, who commented, “Greenwood offers a variety of units ranging from 992 to 4,055 sq.ft on a standard estate lease that allows for flexible terms and quick occupation.”
