Bulleys Chartered Surveyors is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) meaning that we practise to globally recognised ethical and professional standards. RICS ensures these standards are upheld by the profession through a system of independently led regulation.

To safeguard the public and provide the highest professional standards, all RICS-regulated firms must be members of an alternative dispute resolution mechanism. This is required under the RICS Rules of Conduct.

We are members of The Property Ombudsman www.tpos.co.uk an independent organisation dedicated to resolving disputes between consumers and property agents.
